My little guy typically doesn’t get excited about freeze dried meat treats, but he’s very motivated to work for these. I train in agility and obedience and need high-value treats that are small. These for the bill. Pros: Bag contains a LOT of treats / bits. Motivating for my dog. Not too messy for putting in pockets Good small size for training Cons: Take a while to rehydrate. Might get messy if broken into smaller pieces.

My dogs and even my cat loves this! I used it as a topper for their crunchy food. I left a few as nuggets and some i crushed, which was easy. I add some water to their food at meal time and they are always so excited to eat when I use this. The water added rehydrated the chicken making it easy to eat for my old dog, and tasty for all of them. The pieces I crushed made the water like a broth. There were no side effects for my dogs and a bag lasted quite a while as I just used it as a topping. I am going to keep buying this as my dogs now hesitate to eat without it. Spoiled pups.

Great freeze-dried food option. The instructions on how to soak it were clear, and my dog loves the nuggets and the bit of "gravy" it adds to his food. Given half the bowl of Small Bites and half regular kibble, he finished the whole Small Bites side first. There was very little dust at the bottom of the bag so mostly the nuggets stayed intact. I am trying to get additional weight on my dog and think the protein boost could help, so I did not reduce his normal food to accommodate the added calories. I gave him small amounts at first, and the addition didn't upset his tummy at all.

My dogs dance for these freeze dried nuggets. I have used them as a food topper and as treats. As soon as my dogs got the first sniff they were obsessed. The ingredients are clean and minimal and do provide enough nutrition to be fed as a meal. The texture is nice, freeze dried but still soft. My dogs are large so I wouldn't use this as a food but will continue to use it as a mix-in topper and as a high reward treat.

I crumbled some of the pieces and added a bit of broth (you could use water) once it was absorbed; I mixed in their regular kibble. This was a huge hit. All 4 gobbled down their meal. Even my fuss budget. This can be a meal if you wanted to.
