The few times that I gave these to my cats as a treat, they threw up not long after. They only got one piece each and have had freeze dried duck liver from other brands with no issues, so I'm not sure why this brand is an issue for them. $15 right in the trash, unfortunately.

This was one of the other livers I purchased along with the lamb livers. The bag was 80% crumbs and dust than the liver bites itself. It was disappointing as I like to use livers as treats and training treats. So this and the lamb livers were used as tipped in my dogs meals instead. Not sure if it was just my order of the lamb and duck livers but I doubt I’ll be purchasing them again in the future.

Cats love it, but too crumbly

Got these to give my cats some organ meat as part of their treat stash. They seem to love it - but then, they eat anything. Crumbles too easily when I try to break

Got these to give my cats some organ meat as part of their treat stash. They seem to love it - but then, they eat anything. Crumbles too easily when I try to break into pieces though, so I end up with liver crumbs and dust everywhere. After this batch, I won't get this.

I recently tried the Smallbatch Pets Freeze-Dried DuckLivers with my dogs, and they were an instant hit! From the moment I opened the bag, my dogs were incredibly excited, and they absolutely devoured every last piece. It's clear that the taste and texture are a huge win for them. What I love most about these treats is the quality. The fact that they are all-natural is a major selling point for me as a pet owner. They are made with a single ingredient—humanely raised and harvested duck liver—and are completely free of fillers, artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors. This gives me peace of mind knowing I'm giving my dogs a healthy, nutrient-dense snack that supports their immune system and overall vitality. Not only do my dogs love them, but I also feel great about giving them a product that aligns with my values for natural, high-quality pet food. These treats are a fantastic find and have quickly become a staple in our treat jar.

Duck liver to the rescue

The SmallBatchPets Duck Liver treats were a huge hit in my household. I am currently training a Xolo pup that needs high value treats to solidify positive behaviors

The SmallBatchPets Duck Liver treats were a huge hit in my household. I am currently training a Xolo pup that needs high value treats to solidify positive behaviors. Unfortunately my pup is sensitive to chicken liver …. but along came the Duck Liver to save the day. Additionally, it is a great food topper for my 16 year old American Hairless Terrier who has gone off all foods offered. I crumbled some of the duck liver onto her food and viola, she ate!!! It’s formed in nice sized pieces and is easy to break up if smaller nibbles are needed. Also it’s not greasy to the touch, so can safely be placed in a pocket without any residue.

Obsessed with these duck livers!

Our dog LOVES these freeze dried, single ingredient, duck livers. She gets sooo excited when it's treat time that her little toes do a tippy tap dance. I love that they are 100% duck liver, humanely raised, no antibiotics, and no artificial ingredients. They can be used as treats or meal toppers. Only negative is that they are fragile, and some of the pieces have already broken down into powder. When all the big pieces are gone and only powder is left, we will just sprinkle on top of food.

The ingredient list in these treats are top tier. I love that as a dog mom, but my picky Boston terrier loves it too. Her coat has been a bit shinier since she’s been eating these and I really think these have something to do with it. The only thing is the bag is only half full so you’re paying for half a bag of air. I’d rather it be a few dollars more for a full bag.

Treats for the whole crew!!!

My dogs love it 😍 my cats love it! They literally cannot get enough. I noticed that it does make one of my dogs gassy but that’s because he has digestive issues

My dogs love it 😍 my cats love it! They literally cannot get enough. I noticed that it does make one of my dogs gassy but that’s because he has digestive issues. Maybe a different variety might be more suitable and not duck because he can’t process fattier cuts. This seems like a wholesome product and can also be used as a topper! I can’t wait to try some of the other flavors!

My dogs were a little unsure of these treats at first, I think maybe because of the freeze-dried texture. They feel like a small piece of styrofoam. They LOVED the taste though and were definitely trying to convince me to give them seconds. I think these would be great for dogs with food allergies since they’re just one ingredient.
