How long does the heartbeat module beat for once started? How do you activate it?

Pull the tab to activate the enclosed batteries. For the 8-hour mode, press the button once to turn on the heartbeat for 8 hours. For 24-hour continuous use, press and hold the button for 5 seconds. Open the pocket and insert the heartbeat on the underside of Snuggle Puppy/Kitty. To turn off the heartbeat, hold the button on the heart again for 3-5 seconds.

How long does the heat pack last? Is it always warm or is there an on/off switch?

The heat pack can remain warm for up to 24 hours, there isn't an on/off switch.

The first night I had her, I had to play heartbeat sounds over my speaker so she could sleep, and she hated being in her crate. Now, she sleeps all night with her snuggle puppy and will even go in her crate on her own!

Now that he is 6 weeks old he is starting to play with the toys and still curls up with the dog at night. Sure beats the old put in a wind up clock!

Not happy camper.

Some of the products came when I was told they would and the rest came in a week had to go and purchased food and treats when I ordered, I was told it would be here

Some of the products came when I was told they would and the rest came in a week had to go and purchased food and treats when I ordered, I was told it would be here on the weekend. The crate arrived, but because the food and treats I ordered didn’t arrive I picked up food and treats for the puppy because I got her the following Monday, June 30. When the treats did arrive, they were cut open, and most of the package was in the box. Not so happy with the service.
