SmartyKat Crazy Cruiser Rumble Bug Electronic Cat Toy

Its so cold out so bought some extra toys for my kitties. This one was just a last minute grab and it has been the best. My cat will play and hide this little bug. Then she will lay beside it and guard it. It might be the vibration coming from it that she loves so much. But we do love this toy. It does NOT turn off by itself, I left it own for 2 hours while upstairs cooking. When I came back down I turned it off and my little one tried to nurse it back to health.. lol

I bought two of these toys. They are advertised to vibrate and light up. Both toys lit up but neither of them vibrated. When I called the manufacturer to return the toys for a refund they refused to give me a refund. They would only give me a store credit. I'm working with Chewy to get a refund. Don't buy this item.

Some of them ADORE this toy and will play for a long time, some for a short time before getting bored and the rest maybe will swipe at it once or twice then couldn't care less. When you move the switch it starts vibrating and a light turns on, I don't know if the even notice the light, and it moves around a bit on hard wood, and on the area rug as well. It doesn't move around very fast, but it does move. Over all for the price I say it is worth giving it a try. I would prefer it to just turn off after it isn't moved for a while and to activate when it us, as a motivator to play with it since they don't think it's as fun when it's not on. I generally can only let them play with it for a little while so I can turn it off when they get bored or I have to leave. Max loved his bug toy. Played with it. We left it on while we went out..not even an hour gone by and the battery had died!!! Christmas morning had a big fail :(

Love Chewy.com! My son lives in a different state - Chewy helps me keep in touch with him and his two cats Liberty and Carlos. I can send them food, treats, toys anytime. They love getting packages just like kids do. This toy was especially a lot of fun for them. It kept them busy for hours on end. CHewy delivers on time and everyone is happy!

Both my cats (age 2) love this toy, even the scaredy cat, lol. They also play with it when it is turned off. The more timid cat loves to pick it up and drop it. Their favorite is when I place it under a piece of paper, a throw, etc. The light is a great idea.

This toy doesn’t “move”. It literally just has a small vibration to it and a light. I was expecting it to move a bit to attract my cat. The vibration is a small rumble and the light looks more flashlight like rather than taser type light.

Hercules loves toy picks it up bye the ribbon and carries it around drops it gives it a smack and watches it Buzz around on the floor my only concern is what the ribbon is made out of so I will be replacing it with something organic I'm still giving you five stars!

From the description given for this toy, I thought that it would move around some, like a bug, but all it does is vibrate. I was very disappointed and my cats didn't want anything to do with it.

I am searching for a replacement toy for my cat. So I purchased this buzzing toy but he just walked off. He shows no interest so I will continue to find a toy he likes.
