not enough catnip, as cat shows very little interest in this item.

the only interest was in the ribbony legs, which got chewed to pieces in the first round of play! Has not been played with by cat since flappy ribbon legs fell off

Kittens don’t seem to like it as a kicker but they still play with it

She seemed to know it was a kicker toy, and because it has the dangling legs and string parts, I can play along with her safely away from the foot knives. My older, indoor-outdoor cat also liked it for a moment, but she's much too world-savvy to play with it long when she has outdoor birds to chase.
