GREAT until.....

.....my puppy figured out how to remove the heart. This does work, however! And he slept most of the night. I was just afraid that he was going to either choke on the heart or crack it badly enough that the batteries would come out. My puppy is a Bully, so his mouth is big, and his jaws are strong. This would be perfect for a tiny dog. Maybe they should figure out how to secure the heart with a safe zipper, if there is such a thing.

Puppy Loves

Before we even brought our Phoebe home, we knew we had adjustments to make to ensure her safety and comfort. She came from a litter of eight so we knew she would miss her litter mates. We are so happy we thought of snuggle puppy. When we are away she is with her own snuggle puppy. Thank you for helping our little one feel safe.

Favorite Toy (by far)

This is (by far) my dog’s favorite toy (and I bought it for him last year … as an adult dog). He loves carrying it around. He also enjoys turning on the “heart” and having me turn it off … a little too much, haha (so sometimes I take it out). Worth the money. Highly recommend.

inappropriate use of snuggle pup

Was great for the first 3 nights we got our puppy. Then, he started chewing it and using it in inappropriate ways. Very inappropriate. It hasn’t come apart yet. We bought hand warmers to place inside as they were more cost friendly than the Snuggle puppy brand.

Best buy ever

Cooper doesn’t go anywhere without his best friend Cuddle Puppy that he’s had since he was nine weeks old. He is 16 months, now. It is the toy for everything he does. It is the fetch toy, the wrestling toy, the chew toy and his cuddle toy. It has withstood over a year of abuse and now has a cropped tail and a couple holes in an ear. This toy has withstood more play than any toy I’ve had for any dogs, including Jack Russell terriers. I know we will have to have a funeral someday for Cuddle Puppy after Cooper finally inflicts his last indignity on him. Probably when he finally manages to worry a hole in the fur and begins to pull out the stuffing. But, until that day, CP will still be Cooper’s best friend.

love-hate relationship

My dog absolutely loves it, he goes to sleep with it, and he sleeps better than he usually does. However, it’s a little loud for me. It just sounds like Edgar Allan Poe‘s telltale heart. Thump thump thump thump…

My husband was skeptical of me purchasing this because he didn’t believe a toy could help the situation, but we needed to find a solution to our puppy not sleeping through the night. She would consistently wake up in the middle of the night and cry and bark and try to get out of her kennel. She would go potty and then repeat this two hours later. Our first night with the snuggle puppy, I used the heart beat and the heating pack and she slept through the entire night and didn’t go to the bathroom. Now she goes to sleep in her kennel during the day too so she can sleep with it! My husband was absolutely shocked that she went the whole night without waking up. We couldn’t believe it and totally think it is worth more than $45!

Too cute

This is too cute. Unfortunately the heartbeat scared my puppy and 2 older dogs. Puppy just wanted to chew on it so the heart came out and my 4 year old grandchild wanted it and sleeps with it every night. So it worked out in the end.
