Kibble gets stuck in smallest compartments

The design and color are pretty and look just like the photo. However, the smallest of the compartments of the inner flower are too narrow. Kibble gets fully stuck

The design and color are pretty and look just like the photo. However, the smallest of the compartments of the inner flower are too narrow. Kibble gets fully stuck inside them. This item should only be used for very small breeds with tiny tongues. And probably only be used with just soft food. I am giving two stars bc it is so pretty. But functionally, it would only get one star.

Good sensory toy

I put wet, canned food in this, put it in the freezer and give it to my dogs as a treat. They love it and takes them time to work their way through it. You do have

I put wet, canned food in this, put it in the freezer and give it to my dogs as a treat. They love it and takes them time to work their way through it. You do have to pick it up when they are done as they will 100% chew the trays.

Large in the title is misleading

The bowl is very good quality but it is certainly not a large size bowl. Also when is says shallow it means it. It is only about 1/2 inches thick. I'm not sure

The bowl is very good quality but it is certainly not a large size bowl. Also when is says shallow it means it. It is only about 1/2 inches thick. I'm not sure if you can even put a cup of food in it, This would be a great bowl for a small dog to have lickable treats. This is not a bowl to feed a large dog 2 or 3 cups at a time.

Destroyed in less than a week

This item had several issue. The first is that it barely lasted a week, before my eager dog chewed it while eating. The company that makes it, SodaPup, explicitly

This item had several issue. The first is that it barely lasted a week, before my eager dog chewed it while eating. The company that makes it, SodaPup, explicitly doesn't warranty their feeding toys. Note that I have West Paw and other feeding toys that have last months without a scratch. Second, the small little cracks are useless. Food gets stuck in it and one needs to use a toothpick to remove it. My dog could not get food out of the tiniest cracks. Why are they there?

I bought this as a slow feeder for my mixed breed puppy who needs a slow feeder to not choke herself in her excitement. This item is high quality hard silicon, but it's not large enough to use as a slow feeder meal bowl. It works really well as a lick mat/ snack slow feeder, but I'll continue looking for a slow feeder that is large enough for a meal tray.
