Second buy after 8 years

We got my dog this leash when he was a puppy, about a year old. We just had to buy our second one and our dog is turning 9 this year! The leash lasted almost 8 years

Warning! Do not buy!

I bought this for my 5 month old puppy. Lucky for me I had it on him when leaving K9 school and wasn't on a walk or in a busy parking lot when the leash clip completely

I bought this for my 5 month old puppy. Lucky for me I had it on him when leaving K9 school and wasn't on a walk or in a busy parking lot when the leash clip completely broke. He was in the parking lot at my car and I freaked. All the trainers were there and he was under control quickly but this could have been devastating. If I could rate this 0 I would. In all my years of having leashes, this has never happened. Don't buy and if you have it, pull on the clip to make sure it is secure, or don't use it.

Great leash

I love handling a dog on a leather leash.. doesn't hurt my hands.. the leather leash will not run through my hand and burn a hole like other flimsy leashes. This

I love handling a dog on a leather leash.. doesn't hurt my hands.. the leather leash will not run through my hand and burn a hole like other flimsy leashes. This leash will last forever unless someone chews on it. Highly recommend. I also rub neats foot oil to make it soft.

Nice but stiff

The leash is nice quality, but I wish I got the 1/2 inch instead of the 3/4 inch leash. The 3/4 inch is for a very big and heavy dog, it’s too much for my 30lb shepherd

I thought I would just break it in, but I find myself just not wanting to use it. Should have exchanged it when I could, I’m sure the 1/2 inch is great. Keep that in mind for the size of your dog!
