I have a very picky dog who’s always been difficult to feed. I’ve tried all kinds of meal toppers, even crumbling his favorite treats over his food but he usually eats them once or twice and then refuses his meals again. I recently had the chance to try the Solid Gold NutrientBoost Meatball Toppers, and I was pleasantly surprised by his reaction. I cut a couple of meatballs into small pieces, mixed some into his food, and placed a few on top. He sniffed them for a moment, and to my surprise, instead of turning away, he started eating. Once he began, he didn’t stop until the bowl was completely empty. It’s been two days, and the toppers are still working their magic. I haven’t noticed a change in his stools, but he hasn’t had any issues in that area recently anyway. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product. My picky eater loves the flavor and the soft moist texture, and as a pet parent, I appreciate the quality ingredients and the convenience of feeding this product.

This was a game changer for us! My dogs absolutely devoured it within seconds. Even my golden retriever who is a picky eater, couldn’t get enough of it. Here are some of the things I loved: no strong odor, great texture, perfect add-on (added a nice boost to their daily kibble), and the digestive support is amazing (kept both dogs bowel movements solid)! If you have a picky dog or just want to level up meal time, then I highly recommend this!

I was sent this Solid Gold Beef Flavor Gut Health high-protein topper for free to try out. My dog loved the taste, and I liked having something easy to mix into her regular food. The texture/appearance isn’t the most appealing, and it’s worth mentioning that it needs to be refrigerated after opening but overall it did its job. I’d definitely buy it again.

My dog, Gus, does enjoy a little flair to his food. Usually he gets a dollop of wet cat food when I am feeding all of the pets. He deserved something a little bit more though and I tried these meat balls. We have tried other toppers in the past but he always seems to just want the cat food. Gus was a bit surprised getting these on his food but he chowed down pretty quickly with these. They are a firm texture as expected and the odor is not unpleasant or weird like other toppers we have had in the past. I would definitely recommend and I believe my mother in law’s schnauzer will be getting some soon as well!

I tried the Solid Gold Beef Flavor Gut Health High-Protein Wet Dog Food Topper for the first time, and my dog went crazy for it. He normally eats pretty well, but this topper had him licking the bowl clean. The beef flavor was a huge hit, and I love that it supports gut health, especially since he can be a little sensitive sometimes. It mixes easily with his regular food and doesn’t have that weird smell some toppers do. Highly recommend if you want to add extra flavor and protein to your pup’s meals. My dog is officially obsessed!

Daisy is a very very picky eater. She doesn’t eat both of her meals very often. We used the Solid Gold Beef Flavor Gut Health High-Protein Wet Dog Food Topper four different times. She finished her meals each time. When I take it out of the fridge she runs over. She also has a fairly sensitive stomach and she did very well with it. Great topper from a reliable company.

I got these for my 7 year old shih tzu mix to try. She immediately ate the whole serving so flavor approved! I like that these are protein based which keeps her feeling full longer. These were also easy to sprinkle on her food and each meatball is about the size of thick dime. It also seems to last awhile in the fridge after opening which is great as this Is meant to be a food topper. Pet and owner approved!

My dog Denali is a husky-mix and notoriously picky about everything. I mixed some of this in her kibble and she LOVED it (although she picked all the meatballs out first and went back for the kibble later). She even attempted to steal the rest of the bag when I wasn't looking. My only complaint is I wish the bag was larger. It doesn't stretch very far for a large dog.
