First thing to disappear of her bowl

First and foremost I must say my labradoodle loved it. She is a very picky eater and when I introduced this to her she immediately ate it, when have been trying

First and foremost I must say my labradoodle loved it. She is a very picky eater and when I introduced this to her she immediately ate it, when have been trying to find foods that she likes so we don’t always have to include chicken with her every meal and this did the trick. It’s the first thing she would finish off her bowl, but most importantly it got her to eat more of her regular dog food. Now it’s a given that since she is very spoil by her human dad, he told me that we need to keep this in stock as long as it gets her eating. Between the chicken and the beef she lean more tours the chicken since its her favorite thing in the whole world, but the beef came very close.

Great quality, better as treats than a topper for big dogs

I tried the Solid Gold air dried chicken recipe and beef recipe with my two big pit bulls (75 lb and 90 lb). The food smells good and my dogs were interested right

I tried the Solid Gold air dried chicken recipe and beef recipe with my two big pit bulls (75 lb and 90 lb). The food smells good and my dogs were interested right away. The quality seems good, but the 4 oz bag is too small to use as a regular topper for large dogs. We usually use a wet topper, and this would be gone very quickly. My big boy did throw up the first time he ate it, but he was fine afterward, so I think it was just from trying something new. Since then I have been using this as a high value treat for good behavior, and it works really well for that. Overall I would give it 4 stars. I probably would not buy it again as a daily topper for my large dogs, but I would recommend it as treats or as a topper for small dogs.

I’ve been really impressed with the SOLID GOLD Complete & Balanced Chicken + Beef Air-Dried Dog Food Topper. Compared to other toppers I’ve tried, this one stands out because it’s air-dried rather than overly processed, which keeps the ingredients looking and smelling like real food. The texture mixes easily with dry kibble and instantly makes mealtime more appealing. One of the biggest benefits is how picky-eater friendly it is. My dog gets excited as soon as I open the pouch, and I’ve noticed improved enthusiasm at every meal. My doggo absolutely loved these freeze dried meal toppers! I actually used them as treats versus toppers and they are perfect for that too! I love that these do not have a strong and stinky smell like some other meal toppers and the flavors seem to be amazing to my dog! You can tell that this brand cares about your pets and wants only the best for them! The high protein and awesome ingredients such as kale and carrots are my favorite thing about these! Those are incredibly healthy ingredients with many benefits for dogs. I will continue to buy these meal toppers as treats and plan to try other products from this brand in the future! I highly recommend these!

I tried these as both toppers and treats and our dog is obsessed with them. I do think that they work better as treats bc of their size though. The first time I used them as a topper, she picked out every piece and left the rest of her food. We have to break them up into smaller pieces because of this which is an extra step. Might be better if they were sprinkles if intended to be toppers. Regardless, our dog likes them both a lot and they have not upset her stomach in any way.

My 2 year old husky mix is a grazer and sometimes will skip meals. This is useful as a meal topper to encourage him to eat. He loves training and both flavors were what I would consider a high value reward. I have bought many other food toppers as training treats and this was hands down the first time he reacted so positively. I've spent so much time trying to find the right training treat and was thrilled by finally finding a high quality treat that he responds to so well.

Dogs are obsessed and happy

Almost no smell! Unlike freeze-dried raw or wet toppers that can make the whole kitchen stink, these little pieces have a very mild, pleasant aroma. Super clean

Almost no smell! Unlike freeze-dried raw or wet toppers that can make the whole kitchen stink, these little pieces have a very mild, pleasant aroma. Super clean and easy to feed. No greasy residue, no crumbling mess. I just pinch off a few pieces and sprinkle them over kibble or hand them out as high-value treats. They’re light, perfectly bite-sized for my two cavapoos and don’t leave oil-stain my fingers or the furniture. My dogs absolutely obsessed with the beef flavor. The second they hear the pouch open they come running and does his happy dance. He’s normally a “meh” eater who picks at his bowl, but adding just a small handful of these turns boring kibble into excitement. Because it’s air-dried and shelf-stable, I can toss a pouch in my treat bag for hikes or training without worrying about refrigeration or spoilage.

My dog seemed to really enjoy the taste of the Air-dried dog food Topper. It didn't make a difference to them whether they had beef or chicken. I personally thought maybe the bites were a little too small and hard for my dog to chew, especially since he was losing teeth, but he seemed to do very well with the product. The dogs definitely inhaled the little bites so, the topping must taste great. Nutrients is good and I will continue to offer this as a topping to my dogs and occasionally give to them as a small treat.

I was looking forward to giving this to my dog as he would wait to eat when I put his food out. He absolutely loves these toppers. I only put a little on with his kibble as he is a small dog and he eats everything. This allows me to know he is eating timely, completely, and enjoying it! I like that these are small so I don't have to worry about him having trouble chewing since he had some of his teeth removed. Will definitely purchase again!

I received this as part of a promotion, and I’m honestly so glad I tried it. I have dogs with very sensitive stomachs, so I’m always nervous introducing anything new. This topper has been amazing- no upset tummies, no loose stools, and zero hesitation at mealtimes. The Chicken + Beef blend smells fresh, breaks apart easily, and mixes perfectly into their regular food. My dogs get excited as soon as I grab the bag, and it’s helped them finish meals they used to pick at. I also love that it’s air-dried and made with real ingredients I actually recognize. If your dog has a finicky stomach or just needs a boost of flavor and nutrition, this is definitely worth trying. I’ll be repurchasing for sure!
