Quality Has Taken a Nosedive

I've been purchasing this food for my 2 cats for about 4 years now. Earlier this year the resealable part of the bags went away. I was bummed, but adjusted. The

I've been purchasing this food for my 2 cats for about 4 years now. Earlier this year the resealable part of the bags went away. I was bummed, but adjusted. The 12-lb bag I received in July had a bunch of odd-shaped food pieces and crumbs throughout. It was a mess to deal with since I use the dry food in food puzzles and slow feeders, but I figured it was a one-off. However, my August bag also is full of the food crumbs. I reached out to Chewy and they offered a replacement bag, but what I want to is to know if this is how all the bags will be coming. A replacement does me no good if it's full of crumb filler. I have 1 unopened bag to try, but if it's the same, I'll have to move my subscription elsewhere.
