Does this brand have a resealable bag? My cat likes her food smelling really fresh and if it doesnt seal, she will only eat it for a couple weeks.

This bag is not resealable. For optimal freshness, the food should be kept in the bag and kept in an airtight food container.

Tiny bites, just right

Dry food is not my cat's primary food. Since he only gets a 1/4 cup a day the expense of this better cat food is not bad. The fiber and the probiotics seem to help his elimination. He runs to the dispenser when it drops so he must like it.

Just like my Calico Baby!

I bought the weighted bowl for my little calico...a vomitor,,,and my others use it but she won't! My other cats seem to really like it. But I bought in the hopes her gulping her food would stop, hence the vomiting.

Did the formula change?

I have been using this food for my three cats for two years now, mixing with fancy feast gourmet naturals wet food. Never have had any issues. I’m not sure if something has changed, but I’ve noticed the color of the kibbles has gotten lighter with speckles. Now we’re having vomiting and hairball issues. Two of my cats will be 7 this year, that could be a factor. But I just feel like something has changed formula wise and the quality has dropped in this Solid Gold. I will be trying the other one made for hairballs that is X shaped, along with small bags of other brands to see if the incidents will decrease. Kind of bummed, this brand was a life saver two years ago and has been perfect up until a couple of months ago…

Remarkable cat food

For months, my 16 year-old male cat had been having frequent bowel problems and throwing up several times a day. After one week of this food, he settled down and had normal functions just as if he was a young cat again. He feels and acts much better. He has been eating it for about a month now and acts like he has a new lease on life. I am quite honestly surprised, as I did not think that the food could make such a difference.

My 2 cats love this food and seem very healthy on it. Shiney/ soft fur, good poops and hardly any hairballs/ throwing up. It’s a good feeling knowing I’m feeding them something with decent ingredients

They May Love it too Much

It is definite a hit flavor wise, I was concerned because the pieces are so small and my male cat has a huge mouth and had problems in past with small pieces so I have been using Crave which has large flat pieces, so now I mix them together.

CAUTION, Salmon flavor has sharp bones

I don't know if this is how it'll be going forward but just received a new bag today and noticed many of the pieces have small sharp bones protruding from them. Definitely will not be going with the brand going forward after using them for years.
