I thoguht this would be a more practical way to feed my wild birds this winter. This package was perfect for the places I needed for them. I am now on my 3rd week

I thoguht this would be a more practical way to feed my wild birds this winter. This package was perfect for the places I needed for them. I am now on my 3rd week of putting these suet cakes out and the birds love them! They are lasting really well.....only half gone so far! I will continue getting these.

I wanted to try a variety pack of nut blends for my wild birds. I have a four cake feeder where I put a different cake in each compartment. This way when I spring a new blend on them they can try it out and not be completely put off if I only had a one cake feeder. As the cakes wear down I take them out and put them on the ground for the squirrels, possums, skunks, and raccoons. The favorite of the four turned out to be the pink wrapped one, Nutty's Berries, for my menagerie of woodpeckers, cardinals (yes, these platform feeders have learned to hang sideways and eat), along with blue jays, sparrows, et cetera.
