Container Leaked While in Transit - Not Packaged Properly

When I opened the Chewy box, I saw that this small container was loosely wrapped in the brown packing paper. The organic coconut was in liquid form due to the package sitting in the heat and a portion of the coconut oil product had leaked from the container into the brown packing paper. Something needs to change as far as how this item is being packaged when it is going to be shipped to the warmer climates to prevent product leakage from the container in transit. I cannot comment yet on whether this product has had a positive effect on my dog as I just received it.
