Caused intestinal bleeding small dog

After three/four days of giving my senior min pin the lowest dose one time per day I noticed blood in his stool. I stopped immediately and for the next week there

After three/four days of giving my senior min pin the lowest dose one time per day I noticed blood in his stool. I stopped immediately and for the next week there was blood in his stool, significant amount at first then lessened until it stopped between 5-7 days. The blood was a vivid red color, at first with mucus. I stopped giving to my 50lb dog as a preventative caution, she already has a sensitive GI so not sure if it would effect a larger breed. Maybe the fact my min pin is a senior but this product was not right for our family. I will check if I can return or get a refund
