While they still have "control" he feels like he is walking Chunks on his own giving him independence and a sense of responsibility. The leash is well made and us padded making it comfortable for long walks. The harwardware is durable and the leash is easy to put on and remove. Highly recommend.

Before using this leash the dog would take off and sometimes drag her or just jerk the leash out of her hand. Now with this leash I feel it’s much safer with her walking our dog.
