Where is this food made?

This food is made in the United States. SportMiX sources all ingredients from US suppliers whenever possible. Some examples of ingredients that must be sourced outside the US are lamb meal from Australia or New Zealand and flaxseed from Canada. Vitamin premixes are formulated, sourced and blended in the United States by a US company in a human grade facility. All ingredients are thoroughly tested and undergo many quality checks to ensure safety.
Does this have artificial colors in the food?

This formula has added color FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, and FD&C Blue #2.
how many cups in 31lb bag

There are approximately 4 cups per pound of kibble. The 15-pound bag contains approximately 60 cups of kibble and the 31-pound bag contains approximately 124 cups of kibble.

All my kitties really liked this food :-)

I bought this as a replacement for my regularly ordered kibble, as it was temporarily out of stock...to my surprise, my 13 (some are feral rescues) cats all really liked it! Even my senior kitties, some who have teeth issues, ate more of it than usual, because the kibble is about half the size of most other dry cat foods, & it didn't require them to chew it up as much. Nutrition info appears to be equal to, or a little better, than my 'normal' brand, & cost per 15 lb. bag was almost the same. I may switch over, & continue to buy this as my regular kibble. In my opinion, it's a pretty good product, & the cats appear to agree. :-D

Cats don't like it

My cats aren't touching this. Had there not been so many out of stock items or priced over my head items, I would not have ordered this. I can't afford to buy a tiny bag of my normal brands for an outrageous amount when I have so many cats to feed. Telling me to donate this off brand won't work. They won't eat it. I've tried giving it to feral cats & they turn their nose up at it as well.

Worth a try

I bought this because my normal food not available. I thought there would be trouble switching but didn't worry much as they are strays & drop offs from unscrupulous people. Big but on that thought they took to it right away and have been eating it right along with no problems

Good Cat Food

This is a great product. We use it for our outside barn cats. They are doing great on it looking healthy with wonderful soft shiny coats. I would recommend this food to anyone that has a lot of cats that they wish to feed.

Run, don't walk, away from this

I take care of a small colony of feral cats. They would eat anything, including garbage, before I started caring for them. But they won't eat this. So now I have 14.8 lbs of this awful food and I don't know what to do with it.

SPORT MiX cat food

Indoor and Feral Cats really DO NOT LIKE this food. I will never buy it again. I am mixing it with food the Ferals like as something is better than nothing when hungry.

Cats refuse to eat it.

Bought it to feed my stray cats outside, in winter (!) they only eat by chance when mixed with other food. No idea if it's good or bad, I'm not trying it again.

Cats refused to eat it. Cats yelled at me. Even the stray notmycat on the porch meowed at me like it was a disaster and a crime against all cathood

New formula sports mix

All of my 8 cats love this food. There are no dies in it and I like that. Generally it's affordable. I buy it all of the time.
