If I could give zero stars I would

My dog had this food, and it ended up being part of the recall due to salmonella. My dog almost died. After a week at the Emergency Vet, w months of multiple antibiotics

My dog had this food, and it ended up being part of the recall due to salmonella. My dog almost died. After a week at the Emergency Vet, w months of multiple antibiotics and $5,000 later... he is starting to feel better, but may have lasting effects. Tried calling company and they are refusing phone calls, and emails. Most likely be filing a lawsuit for this. Chewy was fantastic and refunded my money and sent a get well soon gift for my dog.

Dogs liked it and had no intestinal issues

I have Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and live on a large property. This gives the dogs an opportunity for lots of exercise. This is a good food for the winter temperatures

My dog has a kidney condition resulting from eating a box of chemical handwarmers as a puppy; the vet said he may survive to be 7. This resulted in a kidney condition and requires a high protein diet. SportMix has the highest percentage protein on the market, and it is a GOOD protein source! It also has the lowest price per pound. My dog is now 13 and still going strong.

I wouldn't buy anything else but this.

My Pit Bull is a rescue and was extremely abused. She came to me and almost died. I was feeding her one natural brand to help gain weight when she out on some weight

My Pit Bull is a rescue and was extremely abused. She came to me and almost died. I was feeding her one natural brand to help gain weight when she out on some weight she started eating Purina since the other stuff was $80 for small bag. Anyways my Pitty started throwing up when she ate purina. So I bought her this food and it's the only one that seems to sit well with her stomach. Also now she is at a perfect weight and have the Pit Bull muscular body like she should rather than being a bag of bones. If you have a high stamina dog definitely get this food. Especially if you have a pitty.
