Impossible For Dog To Make Sounds

I don't know if all of theses toys are made this way, or if I just got a defective one. I have a young Cane Corso and she cannot make it "giggle" no matter what

I don't know if all of theses toys are made this way, or if I just got a defective one. I have a young Cane Corso and she cannot make it "giggle" no matter what. No amount of rolling around will cause the toy to do that. I can make it giggle, but I have to slam it down on the floor. This toy is not inter-active for my dog. I'd take a hard pass on it.
