Plastic clip breaks easily

The plastic clip that holds the bag on your belt broke about 2 months after I got it. I made due with it until the rubber gasket over the poop bag dispensing hole

The plastic clip that holds the bag on your belt broke about 2 months after I got it. I made due with it until the rubber gasket over the poop bag dispensing hole came loose, making it impossible to get bags out. Chewy customer service was great about replacing it but now the new one has also broken at the plastic clip. I’ll get another bag, not this one again.

I love the pouch on the front with the 30 bags and an additional place for extra in the back. I gave it four stars since the top does not close. I bought one for my husband and one for myself. The picture gave me the impression that it had a closable top. It was my own fought for not asking. I love everything else about it, but in the rain, one would have to be sure to keep your treats in a zip lock. You would want to do this anyway to keep the liner clean. Very well made!
