Best bag dispenser, I bought 3 to be safe

I love this bag dispenser. When I got the first one, about a year ago, I thought the elastic would wear or dry, but it didn't. I only had to buy another one because

I love this bag dispenser. When I got the first one, about a year ago, I thought the elastic would wear or dry, but it didn't. I only had to buy another one because my beagle chewed on her old one and deformed the plastic. I love the minimal look. And, unlike to the common plastic dispenser, it will not be dangling from the leash, making that annoying tapping sound when one walks, and it is very easy to pull a bag out .

This thing was awesome until it popped off and I couldn't find it. I had a feeling it was gonna fall off at some point.
