Different Sizing than listed

This is a cute jacket! I bought a L based on the websites sizing but it was very different from the tag sizing so chewy refunded me so I could get Medium! It’s decent

This is a cute jacket! I bought a L based on the websites sizing but it was very different from the tag sizing so chewy refunded me so I could get Medium! It’s decent material but I’m not sure if it could withstand a very heavy rain day. My girl is 26lb beagle/jrt mix :)
