Take individually wrapped suet cake with two hands. Find perforated edges along the sides of suet cake. Tear open perforated side to expose suet cake. Insert suet cake into feeder, continuously using plastic wrapper to keep hands free of suet.

All of our wild birds go crazy for this stuff, the sparrows in particular love it. Some days they will go through 2 full suet doughs plus their bird seed! The squirrels don't seem to bother this at all, but even the woodpecker comes by and munches on this. Two things I really like about it-it's not greasy/messy and they are individually wrapped. (although not eco friendly) They are much easier to open and drop into a suet feeder than the ones that come in trays and are made with tallow.

Purchased because of the price. Only birds showing any interest are the woodpeckers. Will have to be happy with that for awhile.......

I just purchased the St. Albans Bay Suet Plus. My outside birds love it, they are on the suet all day long, so, will need more soon, I'm sure. It was so fresh, I never bought suet that fresh before. The price was great also, plus the 2 extra suet holders. They are extra strong and hold the suet well, I have the older ones that I purchased from Chewy years ago, and with all of the use I have had with them, they are still like new, so, would recommend them to anyone interested in both the St. Albans Bay Suet Plus, and the suet holders. Thanks again Chewy, your products are so good!! Cindy
