What's the difference between the treat ball and the bento ball?

Answer by ChewyDec 03, 2017
The Starmark Everlasting Treat Ball is designed with flat ends, so it can stand straight up, or roll around on its sides. Starmark Everlasting Bento Balls are designed to wobble while your pet chews on their treats. These ball systems encourage play, which helps reduce anxiety and boredom behaviors while providing hours of playtime.

Im having difficulty getting the treat inside the ball! Any advice? it doesn't seem to fit

Answer by ChewyApr 27, 2018
Inserting the treat at an angle or adding a dab of water around the edge of the treat is recommended. This Toy is also able to be maneuvered so the Treat can fit properly in the toy.

What is the diameter of each size?

Answer by ChewyApr 16, 2024
The small measures 2.5 inches wide and high, the medium measures 3.5 inches wide and 3 inches high, and the large measures 5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high.

How do you get an almost used up treat out of the ball?

Answer by ChewyFeb 10, 2022
The treat may be removed in the same method of insertion. It's best to insert or remove at an angle. The toy can also be manipulated in order to remove or insert the treat.

Cute. But my dogs are too small to lift it.

I guess they are too small to carry or lift the tat keeper.

All three of my dogs don't like the flavor that was in the holder. I have 3 small dogs and I have the small orange ones but they are able to pull the treat out and eat the whole treat in one shot. Then the Med size is a bit too big for them and the large is huge. Nothing really works for my !0 pound dogs. Years ago my puppy loved it and would keep him busy for hours. Not sure why they don't like the flavor.

Joey loves this toy, he will play with it 24/7 if I let him. Lately he has been getting the treats out of the ball, so it may last him 5 minutes before he frees the treats. Today I got my package, and inside is a lot more treats to go inside the ball and he knows exactly what is in this box.

Our Rottie is a super chewer. He can get the treat out quickly , but has yet to hurt the bal. I now put pumpkin or peanut butter inside the rim and tabs and he works on it for at least 30 minutes. I have a hard time getting the treats designed for this, into the ball, even using water. The dog however, figured out how to pop them out within a tooth in 6 minutes!

I initially got my dog a size small when he was a puppy. He still chews the small one now that he’s 4 but he can fit the whole thing in his mouth. So I got him the large one. It is huge and he can’t choke on it now that he’s full grown. I don’t always have the treat inserts but can put kibble in it too. Keeps my boy occupied and provides mental stimulation.
