Any suggestions on how to make inserting a new refill easier? I have the hardest time.

To insert new refills, insert the everlasting treats at an angle, then pull the flexible edge of the toy away and fully push the treat inside.

great toy, everlasting is optimistic if you have a smart dog

Unfortunately the treats to go in this have gotten expensive, so we hardly ever buy them now considering my dog is apparently a genius at getting them out. I even started putting them in upside down and never used any water (the trick to making it easier on humans to get them in). When he was a puppy like 7-12 months old, sure, it might take him a while to work it out of there. But once he was older, smarter, stronger, dang, he can pop that thing out of there so fast it is definitely not worth me fighting to stuff the treat in there! On the upside, the new puppy sometimes likes to play with it and has never had a treat out of it. Takes a beating from puppy teething without issues. So depending on your dog…this may be great for you. Mine are Great Danes, so it could simply be a matter of jaw strength. I’m not sure.

I was not happy with this selection for my dog. I thought that it would provide hours/days of entertainment for my dog but within minutes the middle piece popped out and posed to be a choking hazard. I would not be using this for my dog.

Keeps my pup occupied!

Love that this requires lots of licking so keeps my puppy occupied. He’s destructive with toys but the dispenser has held up. Only downside is the cost of the treats.

A great toy for our 5 month old husky/retriever! We’ve had it for 3 months and it’s a great toy to keep him entertained and helped with crate training as well. The rubber is long lasting and the treat is easy to replace when he finally gets it.

My Mini Golden Doodle, an aggressive chewer, loved this ball. She played with this toy for hours. She spent a lot of time eating the treat and she was not able to destroy the ball. I would recommend it to others.

Digestive issues

I bought these and my dogs LOVE them and will do anything to have them, however, they both had the worst diarrhea ever after eating them. Beware.

Great for my dog

These are great my dog. I have a corgi and she loves these. She is not able to destroy them too quickly. I normally let her have it for about 30-40 minutes then I am able to take it away and wait for another time to give back to her for about another 30-40 minutes of chewing before she gets through it. I love chew treats like these that don’t involve rawhide and are not a choking hazard. We have only tried the small size for her which seems good for her puppy size but we accidentally bought the medium too (which is significantly bigger) and are waiting to let her try that one.

Cute idea, execution eeeeehhhhh

Maybe good for smaller dogs or weaker chewers, but my dog pulled out the treat and ate it within an hour. He loved the flavor. Rubber is holding up but definitely doesn’t thick, expecting to find it in pieces soon

Great fun!

Treat inside lasted a record time of three days! The larger size was a good choice for my lab. Will get a few more treats to stuff inside. Also stuff peanut butter and cheese inside for a change up. Will last a long time. Great quality!

Not as good as we hoped

My dog was interested in this but it did not take her long to lick/bite it down to where she couldn't really get to it anymore. I bought it thinking that it would be a good option for keeping her busy in her crate but she lost interest once she couldn't get a good payoff. I haven't played around with how to switch out the treat "pucks" but it seems a little bit tricky. The treat ball seems to be well made and I am sure some dogs would enjoy it but my golden would rather play with rolling treat balls and benebones.
