Where are these products made?

This product is made in the United States.
Is there a trick to fitting the treats into the opening(s)? We have a ball, so it has 2 openings.

We recommend dampening the treat with water and then pushing the treat down into the opening of the toy. The Lock & Block Treats work with any of the Starmark RubberTuff toys but are not compatible with the Everlasting toys.

Starmark Lock and Block

My dogs love these! I bought small ones for my two 30# pooches but they got them out really easily. I sized up to medium and that worked like a charm. They have to work harder and they last longer. My giant breed puppy hasn’t figured out the trick to actually removing the treat from the large ball, he just chews and chews and then searches for any little crumbs. Keeps him occupied and challenged for a reasonable amount of time. The only downside is how they’re packaged. I use these once a day most days for three dogs. The cumulative plastic waste is concerning. There has to be a better option either in type of packaging or quantity per package as a means of minimizing waste.

Not what I thought, but he liked it!

I thought this would fit one of the other fillable toys I had, but it did not. It was too small. That said, he still enjoyed it

Read carefully: doesn’t fit all medium toys…

I made the mistake of not reading this carefully enough. I saw that they were mediums and thought they’d fit in the medium starmark tire toy we have. I didn’t realize this is a size medium for a totally different line of toys. I wish starmark made the different lines a little clearer or made universal fit fills. My dog loves these and the toys though, so we’ll be looking to buy another toy to fit these refills.

Thought it would fit

Thought I was only getting one & there was 2 to a package. Was hoping they were going to fit in the starmark toys I already had, but I guess I didn’t read the package correctly. No big deal I gave it to them without the toy. My dogs love these & get excited when they see me with them. Just wish the toys & treats weren’t so expensive, but I will continue to buy when I can.

Doesn’t last long

Put this into the ball it’s reccomend for and my dog was able to eat it within a few minutes yes she loved the flavor but if you want something to last for hours this is not the toy.

Comes out too easily

These do not really 'lock' in place and if your pup is able to get their teeth under it then its coming right out. I bought these to keep my pups busy while I'm on conference calls and this only lasts 5-10 minutes. I don't recommend this one.

my dog managed to consume this in about 10 minutes. but he loved it and will sit in the hopes of getting the ball so he can eat it again.

size not what I expected

I was expecting refills for the holder I had purchased at a pet store. It said Medium would fit. These mediums are too small and give no challenge to my girl. It would be good if the measurements were included in the description. guess mediums are not all the same.
