    Dogs love them but...

    By on

My dogs love these, but I noticed that they are able to get the lock and blocks out of the toy right away and just eat it. It seems to be because of the way they fit into the toy. The lock and block has a seam between the toy and the treat that my dogs can fit their little teeth into and pull it out. So, it doesn't last very long, and it's quite a high calorie treat, so that's not super ideal.

    Not durable at all!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought this along with toys from the same manufacturer in hopes that they would hold up with my dogs. Within seconds my dogs had the original starmark lock and block out and had eaten it so I went to put the new one in but guess what the rim the lock and block goes in now had the base of the treat and the new treat wouldn't fit I tried to get that part of the original peice out nothing worked I literally had to run it under water and try to get it wet to get it out finally my son with his tiny fingers was able to get it out I put a new one in thinking that it was only because of the heat and the shipping why that piece got stuck but again minutes later the treat was DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! lost interest quickly

    By on

In a never ending search to keep our new pup entertained in his crate, I ordered these, thinking they would fit in the green Starmark ball.... yeah they don’t. These are ment for the other style of Starmark toys, which we have the orange one... but it’s a medium.... but these actually fit perfect in the Medium! Since more of the treat is sticking out, my pup showed much more interest in the ball with this treat in it, than the one that came with the treat. However that interest only lasted a day or two, now it sits untouched. For a puppy, he barely made a dent in it, so maybe he’ll decide he likes it again when he’s bigger.

    Double check label before purchasing.

    By on

We bought this not realizing it does not fit into our already bought starmark holders. I don't believe there was a picture of the back side of the full packaging, which once received we realized that it was not going to work in the items we already own. My dogs love these but had to buy another holder which was a bummer.

These release from toy very easily

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I purchased the beige looking toy that holds these and these came out of it very easily and then that toy was chewed up to pieces very quickly. Should have tested it out before buying so many refills lol

do not get this its not the correct size!

    By on

This is not a good fit if you have a starmark. It might fit a medium or smaller size than it actually is

    Well...I am not sure

    By on

When the regular ball fillers were out of stock, I ordered these. I have to shove them into the ball and make sure to catch the edges underneath the lip. The treat and ball have to be absolutely dry, or the treat falls out. That said, they stay in the ball longer than the regular treats, as my dog is quite clever, and these irritated her a bit...She can pop out a regular treat in minutes..so I am not sure if I will stay with these or go back to the regular treats.

    wonderful treat/toy

    By on

Saved my sanity during the last polar vortex! Oscar (age 14) requires mental and physical activity. Outdoors is best but it was just too cold (even with a coat) for extended time outside. He tossed it, retrieved it, carried it, chewed it, licked it, mantled it, and took naps with it! The treat did NOT change his poop; consistency and regularity is important in an older dog.
