No for little dogs
Although this item has a yorkie on this package they are not good for them. I have two small dogs one 4 pounds one 9 neither of them could chew this and both choked on them. They fit in the ball great but not a good treat for them at all. Even my daughters springer had a hard time to handle this small tough dog treat.
My mistake
This ball is great at keeping my girl entertained. I didn’t realize how soft it is and I have supervise use. Worst part is I have to take it away from her. She gives me those sad brown eyes.
Great for Smaller Dogs
My Frenchie is very hard on toys, destroying most pretty quickly. This tough little ball has survived her for a number of months already! Cramming treats into it tightly keeps her engaged for longer & she really likes this toy!
Smells minty and hard as a rock
While these do fit the treat ball nicely, they smell like mint which my dogs hated. They are also extremely hard, I thought they would be soft or moist but they are either very stale or made to be hard and not chewable. The ball itself is okay, I like the you can cut the opening a little bigger for other treats or kibble which I had to do. Do not recommend these treats though, find other treats for this toy!
Ball is okay - treats are not
I bought the bundle since it said the treats were meant for it, but they are definitely not if you want the activity to last more than a second! They fall out when the ball rolls so no “puzzle” there. I did try pieces of kibble and that works better so the ball isn’t a total waste!
Remarkable Treat Dispensing Toy
I love it. My dog's not sure. She played with it and got a couple treats out. I left for a bit. The rest were still in there. I am sure if I had been gone longer like to dr.s or something she would probably get them all out because I know she gets bored and this will keep her going. She might quit but then go back to it I'm sure. She doesn't like the treats at all tho.
