Can you buy replacement treats?

Answer by ChewyJun 28, 2018
The treats are available for purchase. Please see "Starmark Edible Rings Dog Treat".

How many rings come with this?

Answer by ChewyApr 22, 2018
5 treats are included with both the Orb and Horseshoe toys.

Is the nylon harmful to the dog if it is ingested? I don’t know how that could be avoided as they’re chewing to get to the rings.

Answer by ChewyOct 16, 2020
This Ringer toy is made of durable nylon material holds up to even the strongest chewers (challenge rating 4.9 out of 5). With all chew products and treats, pets should be supervised as no product is completely indestructible. Pieces smaller than the mouth may present a choking hazard, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

is this suitable for a 3 to 4 lb chihuahua?

Answer by ChewyApr 12, 2019
The Horseshoe is ideal for medium and large breed dogs and the Orb is ideal for small and medium breed dogs.

Max will spend whatever time needed chewing off the little rings that go on this. We guess this is the replacement for the other shapes that ultimately shattered, so we’re watching. Just wish the little rings came on other than chicken, since it’s hard for his digestion, but that never slows him down!

I would actually like a refund for this. First of all - it is hard plastic and huge! I have a basset and I may as well give her a plastic bowl to chew on. The rings are IMPOSSIBLE to put in without breaking them which defeats the whole purpose. I love Starmark but this is a total waste of money. I will be tossing out.

This toy got stuck on my dog chin. Wordy toy design ever. Called chewy and they were great about refunding my money and was worried about my dog unlike starmark. Starmark didn't care that it got stuck on my dogs chin. I had to scrape up my finger and his chin to get it off. Please don't buy this toy.

How to keep your puppy happy

My puppy played with toy for hours. Now we have a routine every night where she plays with the toy before going to bed.

Two of the rings actually slipped off while I was unpacking it. The fact that these slip off so easily is causing me anxiety. I purchased thinking this would give my furbuds a good stimulating chew time. Now I have to be hyper vigilant if the rings come off again to keep them from choking. Not what I was hoping for. Keeping, because I already opened it and their teeth marks are on there, but otherwise I would have returned. I'll keep looking
