Can you buy replacement treats?
Answer by ChewyJun 28, 2018
The treats are available for purchase. Please see "Starmark Edible Rings Dog Treat".

What's the difference in horseshoe vs orb (other than the obvious)?
Answer by ChewyJan 25, 2018
The horseshoe poses a bit more of a challenge with the obstacles on both sides of the treat holders, while the orb only has one obstacle along the outside.

How many rings come with this?
Answer by ChewyApr 22, 2018
5 treats are included with both the Orb and Horseshoe toys.

Is the nylon harmful to the dog if it is ingested? I don’t know how that could be avoided as they’re chewing to get to the rings.
Answer by ChewyOct 16, 2020
This Ringer toy is made of durable nylon material holds up to even the strongest chewers (challenge rating 4.9 out of 5). With all chew products and treats, pets should be supervised as no product is completely indestructible. Pieces smaller than the mouth may present a choking hazard, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

one of the better treat dispensing toys!

I have gone through a number of treat dispensing type toys with my 2 year old and now 4 month old puppy and this one seems to be the best so far. The chew rings slip on easy but take a lot of work to get them off. My 4 month old puppy loves it and will spend a decent amount of time with it, which gives me a bit of a break. I was not sure about the white plastic part when I first opened it - I expected something a bit softer, but it is hard plastic. This is the only downfall and it is one that I am thinking is not too big of a deal.

Great Toy for Puppies

This toy keeps my puppy engaged for hours! This is incredible as I consider her to be hyperactive & soooo easily distracted. It is hard to get the "rings" in though so only 4 ***s.

Too Easy Even For Puppies

My 4 month old puppy figured it out in 20 minutes. All rings off and gone. I can see why, too. Why is there no connecter in the center?! They almost fall off!

great concept for easy chewers

I thought this would keep my dog busy for a while at least! No matter which method I used for loading the treats, he had them off in less than 5 minutes. Once the treats were gone, he started chewing on the toy. It's been about two weeks and so far it's not destroyed, but it looks like it was stuck in the Garbage Disposal!! The idea behind this toy is to get the consumer to Buy, Buy, Buy....more treats! Would definitely not recommend for aggressive chewers.

Moderate Chewer

I bought 2 of these. My more aggressive chewer had the treat rings off quickly and left quite a few bite marks on the chew itself. My less aggressive chewer took about 20-30 minutes to get the treat rings off and didn't leave many bite marks on the chew Durability depends on your dog.

Depends on Dog

This lasted my pittie less than a week. He is a moderate to aggressive chewer and what he would do is slide some of the rings off but also try to chew through to them. He beat it up to the point where it's no longer safe, plastic shards coming off and sharp edges.

Great idea but..

My dog love the The Treat Rings and the Treat Ringer. Getting the rings onto the Treat Ringer was easy for me, however it should be noted that anyone with arthritis or joint mobility issues in the hands may need help.

Nice and well made

I wish it was a little harder... My Tara had it figured out and all the snacks gone in about 6 min. but she did love it. She is 40 pounds

ny dogs love this treat toy

Both my dogs love this treat toy ! It’s a fun way for them to use their brain but easy enough that they don’t get annoyed and give up ! I bring this everywhere we go bc it’s an easy AND CLEAN busy toy for travel! I also throw it in the dish washer and it’s like brand new !

Don’t recommend for “tough chewers”

My Belgian malinois had this for a few minutes and got all the treats off. Not very long entertainment for “tough chewers” she’s only 8 months, was hoping for something a little more entertaining for her
