How long does this food last since its freeze dryed expiration date

Stella & Chewy's raw and kibble products have an expiration date of 14-18 months past the date of production, and their wet foods have a 24-month shelf life. We suggest using their products by this date (stamped on the bag), or within a month after. Much past that and we would recommend discarding the bag. Freezing or refrigerating will not extend the listed shelf life. The expiration date remains the same regardless of if the bag is opened or not.

Freeze dried raw cat food

I use fresh "raw meat meals" for my cat food 90% of the time but on days that I have someone helping me, or days I just prefer it, my cats love freeze dried raw

Cats got tired of it very quickly

I really wanted to upgrade my cats food. Tried this mixed in with old food for a couple weeks. They were crazy but ate ok. However since it became their mainstay

I really wanted to upgrade my cats food. Tried this mixed in with old food for a couple weeks. They were crazy but ate ok. However since it became their mainstay they eat less and don't exactly devour the food when it is served. I really wanted this to work out... but unless their attitudes change before the bags are finished, I'll have to go back to the old food.

My obese cat appears to be more satisfied

change cat's diet due to diabetic diagnosis

Sunny loves his Stella & Chewy's freeze-dried raw food as a dry treat. I leave some out overnite dry as a substitue for dry food, but can't keep my younger cat Sterling

Sunny loves his Stella & Chewy's freeze-dried raw food as a dry treat. I leave some out overnite dry as a substitue for dry food, but can't keep my younger cat Sterling from eating it as well, got two Stella & Chewy's lovers over here!! Hoping for a good checkup (reduced glucose) at the vet one month later in trying to avoid insulin shots....have my fingers crossed!

Something new for the boys!

One cat likes them dry which I break in half and the other cat likes them moistened. And being that he is in kidney failure it is best that they are moistened
