Feed adult dogs 3 cups per 6 lbs. of body weight per day. Adjust amount to meat your dog's individual needs. Always provide access to fresh water. Refrigerate unused portion.
Slowly mix with current diet for the first 7 - 10 days, increasing the amount of Stella & Chewy's while decreasing the amount of the other food.
what you receive is nothing like the picture. the product is 80% broth and 20% SHAVINGS of food. very very expensive dog food to get nothing more then a small cup of broth. I normally use 2 tubs of Cesar when feeding my little dogs. With this brand, I had to use SIX tubs. The dogs did love the food, but feel ripped off with the deceiving image
I'd definitely call this a soup. When I opened the first one, there was so much broth that it squirted everywhere. My dog ate it though. The consistency and look was different in the second cup opened, and he wasn't really interested. I think of a stew as thick and meaty. I gave a few away just to get rid of them. 1 out of those 3 dogs would eat it.
Having a finicky senior, a broth added into the shredded meat is perfect! Just makes an excellent blend into the dry food, super nice mix!
Used as a topper and she gobbles the entire bowl up.
