I can't believe it, I ordered this item with the fleece lining, and got the ones w/o the fleece! I talked to customer service, they re-sent the item, and I expected to get the fleece-lined boots. BUT I got the same (wrong) product, again! So of course, I called in again. Thankfully, Eunice was super helpful and we figured out that the pictures for the fleece-lined and unlined had been switched, so she refunded me for the wrong one, and I went ahead and bought the ones that said "fleece lined" in the title, even tho the picture is wrong. Guess what? I STILL GOT THE UNLINED ONES!!!! Now I have 3 pairs of overreach boots that I have to figure out what to do with! I cannot use them because my horse needs the fleece-lined to prevent being rubbed raw. So finally, I just went to the Stubben website and ordered direct. Here's hoping I can finally get the product I need after ordering it 4x!!!!
