Great girth but runs small

My horse is usually a 48” so I had to order a couple to get one to fit. I think it’s the density of the elastic. I ended up with a 52”.

Great girth

The fleece on this girth is super soft. It's well made and my horse seems happy in it. I really like how easy it is to remove the liner for washing.

Adequate girth but I expected better from Stubben

This girth was well made, with even stitching. However the fleece was much thinner than other prominent brands available for a lesser price. Like most fleece girths,

This girth was well made, with even stitching. However the fleece was much thinner than other prominent brands available for a lesser price. Like most fleece girths, the elastic is only double elastic, not the better triple elastic found on most leather English girths. I thought Stubben would take the lead, and for the approximate $10 higher price, would have triple elastic at both ends! One thing I really like is that the fleece is replaceable. (And removable for washing.) However, due to the thinness of the fleece, I am substituting a replacement fleece from a leather girth that is much thicker and will offer better protection to my horse. All in all, this girth is ok but not great. I would not pay the full suggested retail price for it.
