We do not recommend the Sublime Adjustable Dog Collar for tie out. We only recommend tying your dog out with a metal buckle collar.

Does collar measurement include clasp?

It has a great durable plastic clasp

It's not too heavy for smaller pets (20 lbs) and the width keeps it from not digging into his throat when he pulls on the leash.

Didn’t hold up

The collar looked beautiful with bright colors as pictured. It fit nicely and looked beautiful on her. However she wore it maybe a week at most. She goes outside

The collar looked beautiful with bright colors as pictured. It fit nicely and looked beautiful on her. However she wore it maybe a week at most. She goes outside with supervision only but came back in with no collar. Later found collar in yard into pieces. I am going to reorder against my better judgment only because I had purchased matching collar and tags for each of my dogs and didn’t want to have to purchase new ones for both of them . Order with caution.

Nice but too wide

The collar was very nice; however, it was the length for a small dog but it was way too wide for my dachshund/Chihuahua mix's neck. I did have to return it.
