Does this come with a Bracket?

This fan comes with mounting equipment, but no bracket to hang. The manufacturer does offer fan bracket hangers for purchase separately.

Is this safe for outdoor use?(aka weather/water safe)

It can withhold all weather conditions. It has a sealed motor so it will be protected.

Is this fan hard wired or plug in?

The turbo fan is plugged in with an on/off switch.

Is this fan 110 or 240, can it be switched?

The voltage is 110. And we do not recommend that you switch to a 240.

Too strong

The fan was too strong for the goat house I needed A fan for. It is a good product but just too strong for my area that I needed it for.
