Instructions
Always begin with a Starter Series of 4 doses. 1 Dose for every 4 days, for 4 doses. After Starter Series is complete, maintain with one dose weekly. 1 Box = 4 Doses (month supply).

Great idea, needs work

I like that once you’ve finished the initial box you only have to give the supplement once a week. My dog didn’t mind the taste, but she isn’t a picky eater. My dislikes: the product only has chondroitin in it. My vet recommends supplements with MSM and glucosamine in addition to chondroitin. You also can’t tell how much chondroitin they’re getting as there is no dosing information on the box. I can’t comment on if my dog feels any better on this supplement as she’s been on a combination product for several months and has pretty good mobility from that.

I've tried so many joint supplements for my dogs, many of them "work" and do provide the needed support but often come with ingredients that I don't feel are needed. I love this Liquid Joint Supplement by Summit Animal Health. It does not have unnecessary filler ingredients and my little dog loved it! It is quite nice that this is a weekly supplement rather than daily. Once the starter series is complete, we give this once a week which is easy to add to our schedule. My dog seemed to like the taste and ate it alone in her food bowl, added to her food, and allowed me to administer it directly into her mouth. I feel much better using this as her joint support!

My girl is 10 years old and has had CCL repair surgery in both back legs, resulting in some arthritis, so I want to help keep her active and mobile. This supplement comes in convenient pre-portioned syringes. The directions indicate that you can put it directly in your dogs mouth or mix with food, I have been adding it in her food and she seems to like the taste. I also like the fact that this doesn't have to be given daily. It's only been a little over a week so far so I don't know about long term effectiveness, but everything seems good so far.

I gave this 4 stars as it could be a great product and be really effective. However, the dose instructions are to give your dog one dose every 4 days then once per week. I gave my senior dog the first dose and totally forgot to give the next one. So if your going to try this product make sure to write down when the next dose should be given. Otherwise, I added it to his food and ate it with no issue. Saw no immediate progress but wouldn't expect that from one dose.

Dozer, my older 17 year old chihuahua is the one taking it and I was surprised to see him gobble it up. This is Huge for us and definitely a bonus, as he has become super finicky in his older age. The Summit Joint and Mobility product is nicely packaged, has clear instructions, and gets a 10+ for the taste from Dozer:)

I have one of the pickiest, most trepidations dogs on the planet. So when a product says that “dogs love it”, I usually scoff and roll my eyes, because my dog is the one that usually doesn’t. And while I wasn’t willing to try and feed this directly into her mouth, I did add to her food and much to my surprise, she ate it all. As far as if the product works, that’s to be seen. But the hardest part has been achieved.

They’ve been running around frisky like puppies again! Not sure if it’s the Summit or the cooler weather, haha, but I’m happy to see them feeling good!

I chose to put it on the food after trying the 'spray into the dog's mouth ' method the first time and sprayed my kitchen more than my dog. I didn't like the plastic syringe applicators as they are not biodegradable nor reusable. I saw no noticeable improvement in my Black Lab's mobility.
