For accuracy, we recommend weighing your cat's food using a kitchen scale. 1 cup = 250 ml dry measuring cup. The amount of food your cat needs will vary depending on activity level, age and climate. Use our feeding chart as a guide, adjusting the quantity fed to achieve your cat's ideal weight.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

Good but cats didn’t eat it well

I have nothing bad to say about this food other than my cats didn’t not eat it as well as other foods we’ve tried. It’s hard to find food without fish (one is allergic) so I’m disappointed they didn’t seem to like it much. I’d buy this again if really needed.

My cat eats everything. Like, he doesn't care. I try and give him different options to see if it's obvious he "likes" something more than the other. However, for the first time in 8 years with this guy, he is turning away food. Idk what's up with this. But it's not for him. It's cute packaging. But, something has to be amiss.
Awful

I have been feeding Petcurean-brand food to my cats for around 18 years, so was intrigued by a new line in the Petcurean family. Summit is a lower-end cat food than Petcurean's Go! Natural line, or even their Now Fresh line. My 3 cats liked it fine, but I am not thrilled with it containing mostly "meal" rather than "meat". While "grain-free", I believe my cats pooped more while on this food, which makes sense with a higher "meal" content. Overall, I will spend a few dollars more per bag to buy the higher-quality foods in the Petcurean line; Go! Natural is my primary choice--while not a "premium" food (which are quite expensive), it is better-quality while still being affordable. I would choose the Summit food over many store-brand foods, and would rank it equal to basic Purina Cat Chow or Meow Mix.

Petcurean Summit Range Rotisserie Adult Dry Cat Food Is a good cat food. It has a nice aroma and nice small bite size pieces making it very easy for your cat to eat. My cats enjoyed the food but were not overly enthusiastic about eating it and would sometimes choose other options. I sampled it with some less picky cats and they found it delicious.

I was surprised this product went over as well as it did, considering we have finicky eaters in our home. We have 1 indoor cat, 4 indoor/outdoor and 3 "neighborhood strays" we feed and the majority approved of this food. Especially our cat, Kai (pictured), who devoured this after he had gone off on an excursion for 24+ hours. I love the healthy, wholesome ingredients and zero additives like meat by-products, corn, etc.
Yummy

We decided to let our cats try Petcurean Summit Range Rotisserie dry kibble. They are very picky, especially when it comes to dry food, but we thought we’d give it a shot and they LOVED it! One of them started eating right away as soon as I poured some in his bowl. We were happy to know that it was made in Canada since we try to be very picky on where the foods are made that we feed our pets. It also has healthy grains. Since our vet is not a proponent of grain free food, we felt confident giving this to our cats. It was a huge hit, so we will definitely put it on our shopping list for the future!

Our picky cat wont even eat treats, but i was very surprised to see her try this food. The pieces are very small, almost like kitten food. So it would be a good choice if your cat has problems chewing larger pieces. Packaging is nice with a "velcro" seal. Ingredients seem nice as its made without by products and fillers. It would be a good choice if you're trying to steer clear of grain free foods.
