Feeding Instructions
Mix 8 ounces of Sunglo® Man Up™ with 150 mL of water, twice a day. Or 16 ounces with 300 mL of water once a day. For reference, each pound of Man Up™ contains 430 mg of Ractopamine HCL. CAUTION: Not for use in animals intended for breeding. LIMITATIONS FOR USE: Feed continuously to cattle for the last 28-42 days on feed.
Always transition slowly from one ration to another to help avoid digestive upset.

Better used for cattle that will be used for beef.
I first started using this on my calves, and right away I found that the smell when mixed with any liquid, whether it was milk or water had a very distinct smell

I tried mixing it with their grain and the cows shied away from it all together. For me, this product was not a good fit for my cows. I have Highlands and HighParks.

My husband is a butcher. We have a Farmette in which we raise our steer. We normally do not use a finishing method prior to butchering. But we noticed after using this product the marbling and the thickness increased. This produced an enhanced flavor which we were very pleased with. We noticed it did increase the weight of the animal. Which may have been what led to the above. Very very pleased with this product. Definitely would recommend to a friend. I would definitely recommend chewy to my friends and family.

As beef farmers, we are always keeping up with the newest products on the market and SunGlo is always one of our go-to brands. We raise a lot of feed lot cattle and this supplement is an excellent additive to put weight on your beef. We have found no digestive issues, love that it has 14.5% protein and are fond of the fact that it has key ingredients to aid in muscle hydration. The cattle seem to love the taste and a little goes a long way. I hope to try more SunGlo products in the future!

Giving extra nutrients to sick calves
I am trying this with my calves when they get sick, to give them extra nutrients so they don't fall too far behind. I mix it in with their milk, and it mixes in

This is not a product I would purchase as it is not useful for my dairy cows that need to put on weight. Next time, I would get a feed supplement like soymeal, which has no “animal products” and will not make water unpalatable.
