This fountain can still function during winter, except during freezing conditions. It is recommended to bring it indoors when the temperature is freezing.
Is the glaze toxic to birds? Does the glaze contains lead?

The only Prop 65 warning this fountain has is for, Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP). Sunnydaze products are not tested on animals but they do not have any reason to believe the glazed finish would cause harm to the birds.
