While my delivery was good from Fed Ex, who ever packed the container of worms into the box at senders sight, did NOT close the lid. There were loose worms, saw dust/ wood filler all over the box! It destroyed MANY live worms and was impossible to get my full order. While I have gotten them before many times in the past, Quality control has gone down. There wer at least 15 black dried worms in bpox.

Good quality

Most worms were alive even after shipping in the cold. Only complaint is the lid popped off at something during shipping

I got my waxworms yesterday & the container was open on the inside of the shipping box. They were spilled out. The box had holes in it. So, the some of the waxworms had gotten out. I never got 250 count....more like 150. I'm disappointed with this happening! They could have taped the container shut...at least.

First shipment was deemed damaged by delivery company after I received a phone call from them stating the worms were all through their truck. Chewy replaced this package and sent another one. This time it was received, but delivery company placed original box inside a bigger box-once opened, noted that worms were again escaping. Upon opening completely, container wa an opened and all but 20-30 worms of 250 remained.
