Shipping/packaging is a miss
I love the concept and im sure my pup will love the treat. But the cute cake was meant to be fun for the adults attending the little pup party. Suggest a more secure

Hard as a stone
I think they did a good job wrapping it with bubble wrap, unfortunately still arrived broken. My dog turned 18 years old I still was able to take picture for memories

My dog turned 18 years old I still was able to take picture for memories with it, it comes with a candle, the major issue was that it was really hard, my dog is a miniature poodle mix so it was challenging to cut it In fact, I had to practically scratch it because there was no way to break it into small pieces. I liked it because of the ingredients look good enough but is probably better for bigger dogs.
Thoroughly Disappointed
I found this birthday cookie/treat on Chewy and decided to order it as an additional extra special treat for my baby girl’s 15th birthday. The first one arrived
I found this birthday cookie/treat on Chewy and decided to order it as an additional extra special treat for my baby girl’s 15th birthday. The first one arrived intact but after a few days developed mold. Since there was time before her birthday, I contacted Chewy Customer Service to see if they could have a replacement sent to me in time. They guaranteed it would be and thankfully it arrived the day before. However, it was broken in half. As pet parents, we know when our fur babies are nearing the end of their lives, and I wanted this birthday to be the best one ever for her, because of that. This is the first time I can say I am truly disgusted by Chewy. They refunded the money but it can’t undo the hurt it caused.

All the decorations on it smooshed
It came wrapped in bubble wrap really well. Not sure how it got all the decorations on it smooshed but it did. Kinda disappointing and it took forever to get here
