    I purchased this dog food because I had read that it’s okay for either puppies or adult dogs and we’re in the process of transitioning from puppy to adult food. After a week of mixing the food, he’s been on this for another week and the issues he had during the first week of very loose stools is starting I purchased this dog food because I had read that it’s okay for either puppies or adult dogs and we’re in the process of transitioning from puppy to adult food. After a week of mixing the food, he’s been on this for another week and the issues he had during the first week of very loose stools is starting to disappear. He gobbles it down so the taste must be okay. He hasn’t shown any change in energy levels, so I can say this food is okay for now. … more

    Missed opportunity for great support

    Before reactivating my recurring dog food order, I changed the payment method and the shipping address. I was very careful to have stopped the shipments when I moved and only restarted them once I had a permanent address. For some reason my payment method was declined so I was asked to enter in new information Before reactivating my recurring dog food order, I changed the payment method and the shipping address. I was very careful to have stopped the shipments when I moved and only restarted them once I had a permanent address. For some reason my payment method was declined so I was asked to enter in new information which I did. I think that is when the old address auto populated. As soon as I got the confirmation email I called and then emailed to let you all now about the mistake. Two orders shipped simultaneously and one got shipped correctly to Texas and the other shipped incorrectly to UT. There was nothing overtly mean about the support but there also didn’t seem to be much urgency about getting the issue resolved or finding a solution to a loyal clients situation. There was no proper ownership of the mistake. I like chewy a lot but I wish someone would have looked into the details more and been more proactive in helping me out in my specific circumstances. … more
