great ingredients; not for us

I switched my 70 lb boxer mix to this food because of its stellar ingredients (no peas! No by-product!). The first bag arrived with a small hole, and Chewy promptly

I switched my 70 lb boxer mix to this food because of its stellar ingredients (no peas! No by-product!). The first bag arrived with a small hole, and Chewy promptly replaced it with a second bag (isn’t their customer service just THE BEST?). Unfortunately, while Chauncy seemed to like the taste well enough (not quite as much as his former food), it didn’t seem to agree with him and he gacked it up consistently enough that we are switching back to his Purina Pro shredded salmon formula, which never caused gacking. Luckily I volunteer for a rescue, so the half a bag we had left didn’t to waste. Too bad, because I was a huge fan of the ingredients in this food. He had previously been on a Merrick healthy grains beef formula, and didn’t have a gacking issue so maybe it’s something about this formula that didn’t agree with him.
