Chewy customer service great. Fedex not so much

My cat loves these treats and the orders always ship and arrive promptly. However, Chewy uses Fedex in my area for shipping and every time they deliver an order

My cat loves these treats and the orders always ship and arrive promptly. However, Chewy uses Fedex in my area for shipping and every time they deliver an order , they leave it downstairs which is not where I live. I live in a condo upstairs and my address is clearly marked. This has happened for the past three deliveries. The last time I ordered they dumped the box on the wet ground next to the stairs and it was raining, not to mention the box was heavy and I was recovering from a back injury. It's unacceptable . Customer service was notified and attempted to help by escalating the situation to a supervisor but nothing was done . It's enough to make me stop ordering from Chewy. I only seem to have this issue with Chewy deliveries. Not sure if the drivers are just lazy and don't want to carry a package up the stairs but it's literally their job

Packaging of ordered items has greatly improved!

Temptations were in the original box it came in. The plastic buckets of treats are rarely broken now
