I am not talking about the auto shipping, as I don't do that anyway. PLEASE TELL ME JUST WHAT QUALIFIES FOR THAT DISCOUNT? I order mainly for my 2 cats' food, treats, & litter.

Everything was great. The Representative from Chewy made it a pleasure ordering, very helpful, I had a question and he was able to provide the answer immediately. He was very considerate. I have never had an issue with any of your Representatives, but this person I thought was more considerate of my situation, and the service and delivery was very good and fast. Seems like I just place the order and the person was delivering my packages. I even found a book that I purchased for a Xmas present (about a cat named Bob) for a friend, and I even decided to buy one for myself. Maybe Chewy might think about looking into selling more story books like that about animals, I'm sure with the large audience of customers you have you would do very well with the new item, especially with the holidays approaching. Thank you for being there Chewy. I look forward to my next order.
