Has the formula changed recently? The liquid is clear instead of brown in the latest bottle. I have shaken it vigorously and it is still clear.

I understand your concern regarding the different color and/or consistency of the supplement. However, since it's a natural product, the taste, color and consistency may vary with each batch we produce and shouldn't be any reason for concern. The color and viscosity of the supplement changes depending on the molecular weight of the Chondroitin used in each batch. Each batch of Chondroitin TerraMax uses is tested and confirmed to be USP grade, however, due to a cartilage shortage, sometimes it comes from a beef source and sometimes from pork. Unfortunately, this can cause variation in batch thickness and color, but this does not affect the quality.

Are the supplements contained in this or any other of your glucosamine products verified by USP?

A Christmas Miracle

Our 8-year-old German shepherd mix has a trifecta of issues- arthritis, his back is fusing, and he has at least one torn ACL. We noticed that he stopped playing with toys, had a limp, stopped jumping up on the bed, and needed help getting into the car. He also refused to use the ramp we bought him. The vet has him on two pain pills a day, and I switched him to large breed dog food formulated with Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. Someone giving out dog food samples at the pet store suggested turmeric and I was giving him that, too. A friend of ours suggested this formula after I remarked about her 14-year-old lab jumping up on the couch with ease. She said that after a year on this formula, her dog was moving like a puppy again. Well, it's been one month so far for our dog. We took him off the turmeric. The strength in his hind legs is back at least tenfold. He's trudging in the snow with no problems. He has even reclaimed the bed. I joke that it's a Christmas miracle, but we are really seeing some great strides. I am really encouraged and look forward to even more recovery due to this. My husband is even tempted to drink it for himself as he has joint issues! I highly recommend it.

Not sure the difference

My boy loves the TerraMax Pro Hip & Joint Supplement but would not touch the Hip & Joint Advanced. I'm not sure if the flavor changed but I give him what he likes.

This Really Works

My 1 year old dog has congenital hip dysplasia in both hips and I've been told it's inoperable. A friend recommended this because she uses it on her older dog. My dog has been on this supplement for about a month now. She can jump right up on the bed - could not do that before. As a side effect, her coat has gotten much softer and healthy looking.

No syringe

My dog needed tablespoon of this med so it came in huge bottle very expensive. I called ask if sold syringes said no. I ask if something small to fit needs of a 6 lb dog said no. So got bottle med can’t use

Terra Max hip & joint

This is the second bottle of TERRA MAX Hip & Joint that I have been giving my 10 1/2 yr. old pit bull who has severe arthritis in her hips. She seems to be doing better.
