can this pump be used externally?

This pump is intended for submerged use only, and cannot be installed outside the pond.

Does this pump have inlet and outlet hose ends?

This pump features an outlet that connects to 1 1/4, 1 1/2 and 1 3/4-inch tubing. The intake comes through the intake screen directly on the pump and is not compatible with tubing.

Can this pump be restricted to adjust flow?

At this time, there is no attachments to reduce the flow. You would need to buy a ball valve to insert inline. Those are available in the plumbing section of DIY hardware stores.

How long is the cord on this pump

stopped working

Used it for a small waterfall since Spring and the motor froze up. Will not turn or pump water. Usually tetra runs for several years. was this a reconditioned
