What is included with this leash? Is the harness included? Or is it the leash?

This product is the leash by itself.
I have a regular harness on our corgi/chow/retriever. the thunder leash would hook right onto the current harness??, or is it better to have the collar. I prefer harnesses as I feel I have better control. with a collar all my dogs have managed to get it off with with one shake of the head.

Night and day difference

We bought this for our ~50 lb. Black Lab/German Shepherd mix. She's listens well, but gets so excited for walks that she pulls for the first 5-10 minutes until she settles down. First walk with the Thunderleash was incredible. Our dog tugged as we first stepped outside but the Thunderleash tightened around her chest and she stopped instantly. She was a bit confused for the first few minutes, she'd turn to look at me each time the leash tugged on her chest. About a half a block into our walk she seemed to understand how the leash felt and kept light tension on the leash, with no pulling. Very impressed with the quality of the leash, it's a very thick nylon, with nice padding sewn into the inside of the handle loop. A small but very welcome feature is a "D"-ring sewn at the handle, perfect place to clip a waste bag dispenser and small flashlight. Can't recommend strongly enough.

Work and great quality

Our dog is afraid of leashes and pulls. This leash really works and I feel good that he will not slip the collar.

Thunderleash

Great leash! Strong and versatile for walks with dogs that are skittish or pulls or refuses to go with owner without being harsh. Been using it for years

Fail- but nice quality

Didn't stop my 5mth old pup from pulling. No effect. And yes it's setup correct. She does not care and is not phased by it. In that respect, waste of money. Nice material and build though. Feels good, will work as a regular leash or "minimalist" harness.

material used is not.that thick

I've had 3 thunder leashes for the past three years. That are made from a thick cotton? Last week I ordered a new leash same brand since I thought it would the same..it's not! the leash is a lot thinner and of a different material, like Nylon not heavy cotton. It cuts through your hand if your dog pulls...they need to.go back to a cotton material. Your hands will thank you.

Best Leash Ever

I have tried many different leashes over the years. My dog is almost 70lbs and very reactive towards other dogs. Every time we meet a dog he lunges and pulls. Until now the only way I could control him was with a prong collar but I never liked using that type of collar. The thunder leash is amazing. It makes it easier to control my dog without all the negative effects of a prong or choke collar. I would definitely recommend this collar.

Plants are life

When my dog shakes due to anxiety, the latch that connects to the collar comes undone. Thankfully he has good recall.
