I bought this for my four 8 month old kittens/cats. They live in one of largest bedrooms 15x15 w super high ceilings. They have the cat ferris wheen and a ton of wall climbing s teps and perhes and wall beds and 4 designer cat trees as well as tunnels on the ground. they have a great life. But I wanted them to also be able to go in the backyard w me and the dogs safely...I took a chance on this catio to see how it went. I will probably buy an even bigger one now that i know they love it...I hired a handyman who put it together. And I bring them down to be in it to watch the birds, butterflies, and sounds and smells. They were scared at first but now love it...The structure is a bit light and so i gave it 4 stars instead of give...but they all four love love it. I also love that it has two little doors ( in addition to the big door) so i can quickly put them inside and retireve them when it is time to go back upstairs out and i can also quickly pull out the litter box to clean with the little door. It is just big enough so I put a cat running wheel in there as well.! it is tight but doable. there are 7 perches, 3 doors and a tarp to prevent rain..

This sturdy cage is just what I've been looking for for years! I have two outdoor cats whom I have always kenneled at night. They frequently escaped my makeshift kennels. The Timhaka cage is escape proof. There's also plenty of room for the cats to play and rest. I think that this was an excellent purchase that has eased anxiety in both me and the cats.
